City Administration Committee will consider proposals for primary school reserved places and pupil numbers for the 2027/28 school session. The committee will also review Glasgow's Local Child Poverty Action Report for 2025/26, hear a report on planning policy developer contributions, and discuss a strategy agreement between Glasgow City Council and The Wheatley Housing Group. Agenda papers are available online.
The Planning Applications Committee will hear an application to create three padel courts with acoustic screens and lighting, plus a single storey building for ancillary facilities, at a site south of Titwood Bowling Club on Glencairn Drive.
The Finance and Audit Scrutiny Committee will consider reports on early retirement and voluntary redundancy, and a replacement enterprise resource planning programme. Six internal audit reports will be presented, covering fair work compliance, freedom of information requests, social work self-directed support standards, chief executive governance, accounts payable data, and treasury management. The committee will also review follow-up audit reports, the mid-year internal audit report for 2026/27, updates on arm's-length external organisations, and a six-monthly summary of national reports.
The Planning Applications Committee will consider a residential development and community hub at Kelvindatle Road and Wyndford Road, and alterations to an electrical substation at Hughenden Gardens. Also on the agenda are retrospective applications for illuminated signage at 1 Dundas Street and 112 Argyle Street.
